We respect your relationship—period. When your investor is ready to buy or sell, we encourage them to work directly with you. That commitment is formalized in our Non-Compete Agreement, which states:
“If we sell your client’s property in error, we will reimburse you 125% of the commission.”
Clear, Fair Referral Compensation
For every owner-client you refer, we pay referral fees:
- 30% or $300 (whichever is greater) of the initial lease fee for vacant properties when BRPM leases and manages a property account you refer.
- $150 for referring a management account already occupied.
